the Eden Project [the Eden Project]
a large area in ↑Cornwall, England which contains plants from all over the world, some growing outside and others in two very large transparent ↑domes called biomes. The project opened in 2001 and has become very popular with visitors. It aims especially to show people the natural resources which come from plants and their importance to people’s lives.
